0

Synectics announced its most comprehensive Intersec presence to date, where it will showcase how its technologies are helping organisations across transport, energy, critical infrastructure, leisure and hospitality, and smart‑city environments enhance safety, operational efficiency, and cyber resilience. The company will exhibit at Stand S1‑I25 at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 12–14 January 2026.

Award‑Winning AI Innovation
Artificial Intelligence will be a major focus of Synectics’ presence at Intersec 2026, with its award‑winning Synergy DETECT platform taking centre stage.

Synergy DETECT allows operators to activate up to twelve AI tools simultaneously, supporting a wide range of safety, security, and operational analytics. These include PPE detection, fall detection, crowd monitoring, intrusion alerts, and loitering analysis. For public spaces and transport environments, the platform also delivers advanced traffic analytics such as vehicle classification, wrong‑direction detection, and counting—providing real‑time intelligence to improve situational awareness and operational oversight.

New ‘In‑Camera’ Intelligence
Visitors will also see major enhancements across Synectics’ COEX and IP camera portfolios, designed to elevate risk detection and situational awareness.

Updates include advanced edge‑based analytics and integrated IR illumination in the latest COEX camera models, as well as new 4K and multi‑sensor additions to the Synectics IP camera range. These innovations enable operators to capture more actionable detail with fewer devices, supporting smarter, more efficient surveillance deployments.

Faster, More Coordinated Incident Response
Synectics will demonstrate the newest capabilities within its Synergy command‑and‑control platform, engineered to accelerate incident location, strengthen two‑way collaboration, and support faster, more coordinated responses aligned with established SOPs.

The company will also unveil enhanced mapping features, including heat maps and hot‑spot analysis. By correlating events with precise geographic coordinates, operators gain clearer insight into how risks evolve over time—helping anticipate emerging issues and respond with greater accuracy.

David Aindow, Chief Strategy Officer at Synectics, said:  “Intersec is the ideal stage to demonstrate how far intelligent surveillance has come – and how accessible it is. Organisations today don’t just need more data; they need the right insights at the right moment. Every enhancement we’re showcasing this year is about enabling faster decisions, stronger coordination, and safer outcomes across every sector we support.”

He added: “From powerful, in-camera analytics to advanced mapping and AI-driven detection, this is our most extensive line-up yet. It reflects the real-world challenges our customers face and our commitment to helping them anticipate, understand, and respond with confidence in an increasingly complex world.”
