Prosero Security is expanding its presence in Sweden’s west coast region through acquisition of Säkerhetspartner i Väst och Kungälvs Lås, a well-established provider of fire protection, lock, and security solutions in the Gothenburg area.
With roots in traditional locksmithing and a strong commitment to modern security technology, the company has grown into a full-service supplier of mechanical and digital security solutions. Its service offering ranges from key solutions and installation of smart locks and certified intrusion and fire alarms to access control systems, camera surveillance, and on-call solutions.
Kungälvs Lås, founded 1991, became part of Säkerhetspartner i Väst in 2019 – combining two security specialists under one roof. Today, these units work as two departments in the same company. Kungälvs Lås provides specialist competence within digital and mechanical locks, while Säkerhetspartner i Väst focuses on security systems such as fire and intrusion alarms, camera surveillance, and access control. Together, they can offer a full range of products and services, from advisory services and project management to installation and support.
The company employs 14 persons working from offices in Kungälv and Stenungsund, where the company also maintains retail outlets. Both the Kungälv and Stenungsund markets and operations are experiencing strong growth, thanks to their strategic locations close to Gothenburg. The company’s customer base includes businesses, the public sector, housing associations, and private individuals.
