Prosero Security is acquiring ANV Lukkopalvelu, a well-established security company based in Salo, Finland. The move will strengthen Prosero’s presence in a strategically important region in which the group has previously had limited representation.
ANV Lukkopalvelu was founded in 2014 by Valtteri Virjonen and Marko Nordström, who possess a combined 60 years of experience in the security industry. The company began with the acquisition of Turun Lukko’s business in Salo and has grown strongly ever since.
Its offering includes services in traditional locksmithing, intrusion alarms, access control, door automation, CCTV, and fire protection.
The strategic location between Turku and Helsinki means that ANV Lukkopalvelu is close to the two most important regions in southwestern Finland. Through the years, the firm has built significant long-term relationships with businesses, housing associations, and private individuals, and has earned its reputation as a reliable supplier of security solutions in the region. ANV Lukkopalvelu has a broad customer base and manages framework agreements with municipalities in the area. In addition, the company is meeting steadily increasing demand for maintenance agreements in fire protection.
Thanks to rapid growth, ANV Lukkopalvelu now has 13 employees working from the office in Salo, which also includes a retail shop. The acquisition is being carried out in close cooperation with the current owners, who will continue to operate the branch as they also look forward to developing the business. They’ve set their sights on continued growth.
