Prosero Security is acquiring AB Norrskydd, located in Härnösand, Örnsköldsvik, Umeå, Lycksele, and Skellefteå, Sweden.
Norrskydd offers customers reliable and intelligent security solutions through products, services, consultation, and service agreements in areas including access systems, locks, alarms, camera surveillance, storage of valuables, fire alarms, jalousie and bar barriers, door automation, and evacuation.
