Axis AB, the parent company of Axis Communications, has announced the appointment of Ofelia Madsen and Mats Boström to its Board of Directors.
Ofelia Madsen brings a proven track record in driving business growth and transformation across both global corporations and start-ups. She has held several executive leadership roles at Sony Mobile Communications and is currently the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at PanLink. She also serves as Chairman of the Board at Japan Bridge Scandinavia, an organization dedicated to promoting collaboration, knowledge exchange and innovation between Swedish and Japanese businesses.
Mats Boström brings over two decades of executive leadership experience within the professional services and intellectual property sectors. Most recently, he served as CEO of Zacco, one of Europe’s leading IP firms, where he led the organization through more than ten years of growth, digital transformation and international expansion. Prior to his tenure at Zacco, he held various senior leadership roles at Epsilon, ÅF (now AFRY) and other technology-driven companies.

Ofelia Madsen and Mats Boström began their terms on the board on April 25th as Håkan Kirstein and Marianne Brismar stepped down from their positions.
