DDN bid to acquire Tintri

DataDirect Networks (DDN) after a successful acquisition of Intel’s Lustre file system business, now goes forward to bid for acquiring the bankrupt storage company, Tintri. The company believes Tintri will enable it to expand its portfolio of enterprise storage solutions that already includes a wide array of flash, analytics and cloud product portfolio.
