Rapiscan Systems has recently acquired all assets of VOTI Detection Inc. As a result, all technical support services for VOTI Products are now being transitioned into the Global Rapiscan service organization.
Due to the bankruptcy of VOTI, Rapiscan purchased only the assets; this means that none of the former contractual obligations or warranties transition to Rapiscan. However, please know that we are aggressively working to reestablish support capabilities that meet customers needs. We are also re-establishing VOTI’s global support partner network whom customers have grown to know and relied upon over the years in hopes of providing customers with a seamless customer experience.
While we endeavor to make this transition as smooth as possible, we realize that there will be challenges along the way but assure customers that we will attempt to minimize these issues as quickly as possible.
Rapiscan Global Service enjoys a significant global reach with more than 350 service professionals which will deliver a more streamlined and superior experience than the one customers have enjoyed over the years from VOTI Detection.
